This daytime alternative is for aging adults who want to remain living at home. Eligible participants are:

• Diagnosed with a physical or mental impairment (non-aggressive or abusive)
• In need of daily supervision and may require assistance with transfers and personal care
• In need of regular monitoring for health conditions including mild dementia, diabetes, high blood pressure, or complications caused by stroke or heart attack
• Sufferers of isolation and/or depression
