Please note that our services at Jivan Adult Day Health Center are completely free for eligible Medicaid clients (under Medicaid’s long-term care/HCBS program) and our staff will assist you with the application process. For those who do not qualify for Medicaid or other insurance plans, we offer very affordable private pay rates.
