Jivan Adult Day Health Center is a warm and inviting facility that supports the physical, social, and emotional needs of aging adults in our community. Our medically trained nursing and support staff provide individualized attention in a safe, comfortable environment, encouraging and promoting the health and independence of your family member or loved one.
We understand that there are some seniors who might not be comfortable with being placed in an adult day health care facility. This is why we do our best to ensure that our facility is inviting, warm, and that it will act as a second home for our participants.
In fact, to ensure that our facility is the best fit for you or your loved one, Jivan Adult Day Health Center offers a FREE 1-day trial. During this trial, we allow you and your loved one to experience a full day at our center.
